Vanguard Australia is a reputable financial firm who’s products are heavily relied upon by financial advisers. Following the launch of their retail offering, Vanguard shifted their focus to modernising their adviser portal which had limited functionality and was not yet uplifted to their new branding guidlines.

The goal for the new adviser portal was to create a simple, seamless experience with the essential functionality advisers need to provide a great service to their clients. This included features such as registering themselves securely, trading on behalf of clients, generating reports and statements, updating client details, searching and filtering account types, and utilising the support function provided by the Vanguard contact centre.

The adviser portal was designed in conjunction with the new Vanguard Design System.
